Welcome to ÁRTIKO Apparel. As our store currently operates exclusively online and uses Print on Demand (POD), all orders are placed through www.artikoapparel.com.

This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver your orders. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below and acknowledge that all operations are governed by the laws of the Dominican Republic.

Order Processing

    • All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed.
    • Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

    • During periods of high order volume, processing may take longer. We will notify you by email of any significant delays.

Shipping Times and Rates

We offer standard worldwide shipping via our POD production and fulfillment partners in the United States and other international centers.

Estimated delivery times:

  • United States: 5–10 business days

  • Canada: 7–15 business days

  • Europe: 7–15 business days

  • Rest of the world: 10–20 business days

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order details.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
    Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking link to become active.

    If you do not receive tracking details within 5 business days, contact us at support@artikoapparel.com.

Shipping Delays and Customs

ÁRTIKO Apparel is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Customs inspections, import restrictions, or international processing

  • Weather conditions, natural disasters, or unforeseen events

  • Carrier-related issues beyond our control

Customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply depending on your country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout.
Orders shipped to incorrect addresses due to customer error may incur additional shipping fees if returned to us.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your package is marked as “delivered” but not received, contact the carrier first.

  • If unresolved, email support@artikoapparel.com. and we will assist in filing a claim.

  • ÁRTIKO Apparel is not liable for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation.

  • For damaged orders, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will review your case and provide the appropriate next steps.

Split Shipments

Some items in your order may ship separately due to inventory or fulfillment logistics. You will receive individual tracking updates at no extra cost.

Discount Policy

At Artiko Apparel, only one discount or promotional code may be applied per order.
Discount codes cannot be combined with other offers, automatic discounts, or site-wide promotions (including Black Friday or seasonal sales). 

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any promotion at any time.

We may update this Shipping Policy to reflect operational or legal changes. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Please check this page periodically to stay informed.
