Refund policy

We want you to love your purchase from ÁRTIKO Apparel. As our store operates exclusively online using Print on Demand (POD) through Printful, all items are made specifically for you. All of our items are crafted especially for you, so while exchanges for sizing or style preferences aren’t available, we focus on helping you pick the perfect fit with detailed size guides, fit photos, and helpful tips. We’re always here to assist with any sizing questions.

Returns and Exchanges

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, we will issue a full refund or store credit.

To request a refund, please contact us at support@artikoapparel.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

  • A brief description of the problem

Our quality team will review your request and provide a resolution promptly.

Limitations for Print-on-Demand Products

Please note that due to the nature of POD:

  • We cannot send a free replacement of the same item without charging again, as each product is custom-made by Us.
  • We cannot return money directly to the customer for items produced correctly according to your order.

What we can offer

To ensure you are satisfied, we offer the following alternatives:

  1. Store Credit
    If the item does not fit, you may receive a store credit or discount code to purchase the correct size.
  2. New Order with Correct Size
    You may place a new order for the correct size. We can:

    • Apply a partial or full discount as compensation.
    • Charge only the difference in shipping if applicable.
  3. Preventing Future Errors

    • We provide a detailed size guide and photos showing fit on models of different sizes.
    • We recommend using our measurement guide to ensure you choose the correct size before ordering.

Non-eligible Items

Products that are printed and shipped correctly as ordered cannot be refunded for personal preference. Custom-made or limited-edition items are final sale unless damaged or defective.

Refunds (if approved)

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 15 business days of approval. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.

International Orders

Customers outside the Dominican Republic are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and shipping fees related to refunds. ÁRTIKO Apparel is not liable for delays or losses caused by international carriers or customs processes.

Governing Law

This policy is governed by the laws of the Dominican Republic, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of the Dominican Republic.
